Switzerland in winter by rail
The airports of Zurich and Geneva feature rail stations within the airport terminal building which offer convenient and efficient transfers to your chosen resort. Swiss railways have an outstanding reputation for reliability, trains always run exactly on time and are uncrowded and comfortable. The majority of featured resorts are serviced by rail stations and the few which are not are linked directly into the rail network by post bus connections.

Fly Rail Luggage

For a small supplement, check in your luggage at your UK departure airport and continue your journey to resort, safe in the knowledge that it will arrive at your hotel later that night or the next day. This is a unique, priceless service for many of our customers.

Exploring beautiful scenic Switzerland Note, outbound fly rail luggage is available on all airlines to Zurich and Geneva to most resorts. Return fly rail luggage is available with Swiss International Airlines from most resorts. Customers using other airlines can book Return Airport Baggage which requires them to pick up their luggage at Zurich or Geneva airport and check it in as normal for their return flight home.

For outbound fly rail luggage, flights landing before midday will mean your luggage will normally be delivered the same day. For flights arriving after midday, we recommend that you take an overnight bag, as your luggage may not arrive until the following day. On your return, your luggage will normally need to be checked in the previous evening, or in some cases very early on the day of departure.
